About a year or two ago, I purchased a book on nutrition from StraightForward. One of the entries in the cognitive enhancement section mentioned the best cognitive enhancement was B-12, but that it was only valid as an injection. I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge of the effectiveness of sublingual B-12.

BTW: I found that TwinLab does make Choline.

The only thing I know about sublinguals are that they are supposed to get into your bloodstream faster. I, too, have wondered about B12 sublinguals.
