Just let it flow, what comes, comes, if you try to control the strime, then your slowing things down and not allowing your best self to come out and play.
Consider this. give your self 10 minutes, now for your first 3 mins just allow what comes to mind and allow it to happen, now for the next 4 mins allow one image to pop in to your mind and play with it change its shape, colour, sounds etc. now for the last 3 mins talk to your self really really fast about the images that come up.
Then consider for your self if what your doing is right or otherwise.
