I've heard that playing audio training/tutorials tapes whilst you're asleep makes learning things much easier & quicker, since you don't have to put in any effort to learn the stuff, since you would be asleep.

However, I have fallen asleep many times with the TV on at night, and once I wake up in the morning, I can't remember anything that was said on the TV whilst I was asleep.

So I would just like to know if you are required to "ACTIVATE" the information you have absorbed whilst dreaming, just like you have to activate the books when PhotoReading. Or is it simply that you have to repeat the information several times during the night, so you can remember it the next day?
