Great products, hopeless customer service! Has anyone else had the same experience with them? On several unrelated occasions I have asked for information from them, and I get the distinct feeling that they just can't be bothered to respond. This is such a shame as it doesn't live up to the quality of the products. It's also laughable if you listen to courses like 'The Strangest secret' which has Earl Nightingale himself talking about how one should go all out to do whatever you can for your customers. The currect state of things laves a great deal to be desired, in my opinion.
