Hi I have a few questions
Has anyone used and had sucess with Brain Gym? I know Paul uses this in the advanced PR but I am still a long way away from finishing the basic course
Second has anyone used Vision Gym, again what is this and is it worth purchasing
Third - Alexander Technique is this similar NLP the web sites have pretty amazing things to say is it worth getting books/DVD has anyone had sucess with this, is it recomended
