My #1 biggest problem with learning this was explained on tape 2 right after the Star exercise. That information alone was worth to me the whole cost of the course.

To quote a couple main ideas (I hope this is allowed here):

"Learning a new skill such as Photoreading will confront years of established habits."

"You need to go easy on yourself."

"Learning can be challenging especially when we have habits and dissempowering beliefs that create negative feelings and stop us from learning."

This sounds insultingly simple BUT that was exactly my problem. From the sounds of myself earlier on this board and from some of the posts here now- THIS may be the problem. Keep going even if you don't believe any of it. On the surface I was telling myself I believed it would work but my REAL beliefs (based on years of school) were so strong but it just took time and MULTIPLE EXPOSURES. Gee, where did I hear that before?
