Page 100 of the PR book says that it would be a good idea to photoread some books on Zen, in order to help build skills related to photoreading.

Does anyone know of any good websites that teaches Zen meditation, so I can photoread them and see what results I get.

Thanks!

Anything by D.T. Suzuki is good to read you can probably find most public libaries. A martial art is active zen meditation.

Thanks very much fritz1 0000000.

Just a point I thought I'd mention.Today I got into the relaxed state of alertness, my periheral vision was wide and I felt so relaxed it was amazing, more so because the last week I have been really quite stressed due to a mock exam I have been practising and undertaking.

When I had my concentration at the top back part of my head and had wide vision I suddenly noticed that my breathing was so even and deep, almost like I was controlling it that way, but I wasn't, it just seemed to happen when I was in that state.
I love having this wide vision, it's like a new experience, I'm seeing things in different ways, it's liberating, and it improves my breathing.

What's been written about the link between how we see things, and how we react, as in my breathing changing?Or is this just my experience, I really do find it interesting. There's so little we really know of the links between things.

But it was Da Vinci who said "know that everything is in some way connected to everything else"

He also said "learn to see"

That guy was wise
