No why would you need to do that? The questions and challenges are in the book.

Look at your purpose, Why are you PhotoReading the book? What do you need to learn. One question is all it takes to get started.

Alex,
In case of textbooks, there is so much new information every page. My purpose is to know all for exam. Is it better to go forming questions page by page and go on activating?

No exam ask you to rewrite everything in the book. You need only to know the answers to the exam questions and that's what makes sense to focus on during activation.
