Hi
My wife and I are both really enjoying SFQigong...thanks a lot!
We're wondering if it's better to do a quick series of all 7 exercises, or regular-length versions of only 2 or 3, when time is limited. If the latter, any suggestions as to which exercises, or is this simply a matter of personal preference?
Thanks again!
David Coffin

It is best to do regular-length versions of 2 or 3 when time is limited.

Personal preference!

Enjoy...
