For some days, I've been doing the Active Exercises, noticing my movements becoming more fluent.

What didn't happen, was an increas in energy - until an hour ago. I'm sowly recovering from some really bad flue - including such symptoms as decreased concentration, decreased motivation, decreased energy - you name it.

Today, I did for the first time the Small Universe - the shortes half an hour I ever had with any kind of meditation or relaxation technique. And I noticed suddenly getting some energy back!

I will definitly take the time to do some QiGong meditation in the future if this is the effect!
