Aloha Rick,

Rick: Keep an eye out for the new paraliminal CDs coming out soon.

You may not have picked it up from this thread, but Spring Forest Qigong is a practical, every day, all the time experience -not confined to a set of headphones and a hour of time.

A friend and I were just talking and he mentioned it being "unfortunate that people put SFQ in the spend an hour only category, or schedule it, as opposed to seeing the depth, or lifestyle, or completeness."

That's why I enjoy revisiting on of Chunyi's classes or poping one of the level I course's lecture CDs on the way home from work. There is so much more than a few exercises and meditations. Anyone can go grab (or write), a book with some of the thousand variations out there. Spring Forest Qigong has a depth, simplicity, and completeness to it.

We've even taken a day to be with this during the upcomming Healing Retreat, so people get it's not "how am I going to find x amount of time to do "it" x amount of times.

I still pull my level I manual from you office shelf and read the parting notes on p.33

Enjoy your qigong...every second of every day, relationship, and experience.

Much Love, Shawn
