Just an update on the insomnia problem. First thanks to all who took time to give me advice on this subject earlier! I am now sleeping -- like a log! <g>

I believe you were correct gallen, in advising
to do the active exercises earlier in the day.
When I do them too late, they definitely wake me up! I've also used a type of "standing meditation" for a few minutes before I go to bed which quiets my mind so I can drop off to sleep easily.

I have another question regarding meditation but I'll leave that for a new post.
