Being a runner I use electrical muscles stimulation to improve my muscles performance to run or occasionaly to remove some pain. could this practice have any effect or drawback on the chi circulation?

Dear BPT,
Interestingly I used to use both a TENs machine and a Pain Gone Pen for arthritic pain; both send electrical impulses to mix up the pain signals. However I found that practising Qigong actually takes the pain away and I no longer use the machines.
I did use them when I first started Qigong with no detriment but I have been pain free
for over a year just with Qigong.
Hope this helps.
Love & light
Faune
