Hi Pablo;
Although I am no expert on the third eye, it's location on the body is roughly between the eye brows on your forehead. It is considered by some as the 6th chakra.
When the Third Eye is opened I have thought of it as "sight beyond sight" it can see things that are not normally visible to your physical eyes. It is a stage ones goes through in their personal developement.
It is difficult to explain fully, but you'll know it when you see it
