my question is: do every paraliminal tape have a sleep track that you should listen to at night when you are sleeping, and if not which tapes do have sleep tracks, are there any place on the site that has a listing of the sleep tracks and do you have to listen to the sleep tracks =)

Tapes do not have a sleep track. The Paraliminals are no longer available on tape.

All sessions have a sleep learning track on the individual Paraliminals. See the booklet that comes with the Paraliminal to identify the sleep learning track for that Paraliminal.
