Hola, todavía no domino la técnica de la mandarina es que no entiendo algunas cosas que dice el libro:
"imaginar que su campo visual se abre. Tiene una conexión directa ojo-mente."
como es o se siente eso, he empezado a practicar desde el principio, tampoco entiendo la parte que dice "incluso puede ver sus manos que sostienen las páginas"lo que quiero decir es que cuando empiezo a leer miro directamente a las palabras. Si me pudieran guiar, es que sigo atorado en este paso y no puedo o no se como dominar este paso.No se ¿como evitar la resistencia que pone mi mente ante esta técnica?.

Image or pretend using your mind that the visual field is widening. It's just some instructions for your mind and a good way to instruct your mind is to "imagine."

During PhotoReading the words are mostly blurred.

Superreading you see the words, a slightly wider field than regular reading.

The tangerine is just to trigger the brain to focus or concentrate. Just touch the top back part of your head and that's it. Do not try to perfect it. You get it fine just by doing it, good and bad.

Párese que ya encontré el propósito de este ejercicio, es para aumentar la concentración (voy a seguir practicando a ver que pasa). Algún otro consejo, lo agradezco.
