Thanks for your concern, Eliz.
Of the two, tylenol is the nasty one...though less nasty than many of the prescription meds out there.

My physician is great- very wholistic. I think he is the only MD in western Canada who runs a chelation clinic...the last thing he uses is his prescription pad, and that is why I hired him. He likes nutrition, herbals, homeopathics and lifestyle above drugs and surgery. -He has controled my blood pressure with a nutritional supplement (went from 150/100 to 130/75 in only 2 weeks with NO side effects at all!) helped me avoid many knee surgeries ( I had three before meeting him!) , and is currently helping me with some serious back problems using natural aproaches. He is the one who recommended 600mg ibuprofen, 1000mg tylenol and a cup of strong coffee. In his view it is less toxic than the other alternatives. ( to save money we chose 3 of the regular ibuprofen instead of the 600mg prescription- same thing and a LOT cheaper) I do not get migraines often- so I am not concerened about the tylenol.

For headaches massage the flesh between the thumb and forefinger of either hand. This has a relaxing effect. Good idea to use it before the headache becomes full blown. A great way to calm yourself if you are feeling stressed or the mind is racing. Also a good one to do before listening to a Paraliminal if you find yourself too hyped up.
