Get the Motivaider then figure out the most important thing to you in only concentrate on that one thing. Tie it in with your propose behind each paraliminal you listen to. Concentration is the key to rapid results most of the time we are switching up on what we want to much "I was guilty of it to". That is why so many people do not think the Law of Atttraction work because they do not remain focused that is what makes the Motivaider so great.

PhotoReadings
I did the syntopic reading using the course I photoread 2 books on Memory Today I just realized how long I holding onto thoughts without forgetting them. I was wondering why it seemed so easy then I realized the two books I photoread.

Oztinks that is such an encouraging post – THANK YOU! I will surely try to replicate the results you observe on your 12yo son. I wish I freed myself at that age — my life would have been so much more enjoyable. Here is my story:

I am way beyond my adolescence years and I still struggle with a “say it for me” habit, yet you can say that I am determined for I recently got into teaching profession. Growing up I remember being complimented consistently as cute and sweet child and then pretty woman. Except my father, no one really bothered commenting on my intellectual potential even though I excelled in school. I wanted (desperately wanted) to be noticed as smart and NOT pretty to that point that I opted for “hard science” studies, just to fill that void in me. But, in my private life I continued receiving “pretty” compliments and my feelings ranged from shyness to serious rage – to be honest, on some occasions I hated those people for they just kept wrecking any hope I kept constructing as time went by .

Recently (well in the last say 4-5 years) I decided to dig deep within me and see what’s really causing my reactions (I figured it can’t be people, really) and so I have discovered (convinced myself) that the main source of my insecurity is my perception of the sound of my voice – I simply believe that I don’t sound my age, and combined with my look, I just get paralyzing feelings that nobody would ever take my words seriously. Those feelings made my graduate studies a nightmare.

I did “grab” the Talking to Win CD the moment I saw it listed on the website – BUT – I have noticed huge, huge resistance whenever I decide to listen to it. I find myself just analyzing the message that Paul and Tom are saying and strategizing how to get the results “as fast as possible”. Silly me, I guess I should supplement it with Anxiety Free CD.

Anyways, I found your post very inspiring and I will try to be “childlike” with respect to my belief in the result, even if it takes double the amount of weeks your son listened to the same CD.

Best to you,
Grace

p.s. I should mention that, luckily, none of my two daughters have that issue. For once, I am actually glad they inherited their father’s genes

My suggestion--the "You Deserve It" CD nearly always gets me past blocks like these.

Grace, have you considered attempting a meditation during the tape? Focus on your breathing throughout the tape, and each time your mind wanders, return to focusing on your breathing.

Grace go to a yoga class then right when you get home unless you do the yoga at your house. Pop in the Paraliminal in the CD player you will probally last 3 to 4 min then you will find yourself waking up at the end not remembering you listened to it.

Looks like all those who reported great results with their Paraliminals listened to it for a while (3-4 weeks) regularly... That seems to be the key to get good results ... I should try this way.

I wonder why LSC says that listening once is all that is required ?

I'm rather new to the forum (although I have been reading along for a while now), but I have been listening to paraliminals for about eight months now and have had some nice results.

I initially starting listening to the self-esteem supercharger and to talking to win to prepare for an internship abroad where I knew I would have to interact a lot of with other people as well as give a presentation in English (which is a foreign language for me)
I alternated the self-esteem cd with the talking to win cd for daily for about two months before the internhip started. There, I found myself not only working much better with others, but also for pretty much to first time ever socialising with the other interns after work (something which I used to avoid). That might not sound like much, but being autistic (asperger's syndrome), it's quite a bit of progress for me.

Since then I've tried some other paraliminal CDs, namely memory supercharger and personal genuis, and have also noticed an improvement in my grades, from D's and C's in spring to solid B's now in the end-of-year exams last fall.

I found that, at least for me, the key is to focus on one or two paraliminals at a time and listen to them regularily for several weeks.
