Has anyone here read the Unlimited Futures book by Bobbie Stevens? I think it was part of the package for the first few people who ordered the AFL course back when it was introduced a few years ago. I'm quite interested in learning more about it. Of course, in the course Paul (and Mrs Stevens, in the interview) outlines the 7-step process from the book. However, something that is not explained thoroughly is the breathing/meditating/stretching program that is obviously a very central part of Mrs Stevens' program. Can anyone here explain in more detail how do this part of the program? I'm particularly interested in the stretching part and how it relates to destressing of the nervous system.
