I am in a family business; my ex-husband was major part of it. How do I convince my family, that are also business partners, we all need to heal from the divorce and his departure of the company?

Thank you.

Start with yourself. Lead by example.

Watch out for getting caught in the negative talk. The verbal rehash of the past and be the voice of the present and future. Be the one that smiles, is happy and is moving on. Allow the rest of the family to follow as they are ready. If you do The Work you will realise that the family and how they feel is not your business. The work PG 97.

One of the other questions to check when you do the work is to ask who's business am I in. Am I living my life or theirs. If you're in their life trying to fix it for them. Who's living yours?
