Hello,

I am trying to get a CD with music to help relaxing to sleep.
This is a gift for a friend.
I bought several paraliminal CDs but do not find one suitable for this purpose.

Any suggestions?

If you go to Amazon.com and search on "music for meditation" you will see many CDs that contain soothing music. Some have audio samples and some are available for MP3 download (you can burn a CD). Have a wonderful day!

Did you try Deep Relaxation or Dream Play Paraliminals?

Holosync(just the rain falling, no singing bowls) puts me to sleep easily.

Yes, but Holosync is not designed to put you asleep. Apparently there is a difference between delta brainwaves induced through meditation and those formed naturally while we sleep.

I do fall asleep too through Holosync. I will try to do it while sitting to avoid doing it.

I used to love the Jeffrey Thompson meditations. He created one for delta Sleep. Music and Ocean sounds. Don't use them anymore myself.
