What do we do if we try and remove a wandering spirit and it doesn't go away?

I suggest music. That's something else that can change the energy of an environment. Something positive and upbeat. If you are already playing music consider changing the type.

If it is in your house you can (nicely) tell them it is your house and they need to leave. They don't need to go to the light, bu they need to leave. If it's someone else's house, then they need to tell the ghost to leave during the process.

If you're in Australia, like Alex - you send a kangaroo after them (just kidding)

Ahem, That actually works. Although teenagers substituted the kangaroos. My brother and I had a wandering spirit in our house. We were both individually aware of the presence. We one day we compared notes and confirmed we were aware of the same spirit. Guy with a small white dog and we both chatted with him. We never worried about it because we learned it wasn't the house the spirit was interested in it was the area, the land, to the spirit it was still bush and "he" loved the peace and tranquillity of the area.

My brother took over the house I moved out and in moved the teenagers he inherited when he married. The spirit moved out. Sister in law found he moved in with one of the neighbours.

There are lots of Kangaroos where I live so I'll try sending the Kangaroos after them.

When the wandering spirits are gone, does that mean we won't be able to communicate with them anymore?

If you want them around, then don't do the clearing.

How do find out who the wandering spirits are?

You're picking them up as negative vortexes.. I'd do the clearing meditation and send them on to a better place for them.
