My husband can't sleep, and it's taking a toll on both of us. Would any of the paraliminals address this?

Deep relaxation would be a good start. Just suggest you turn it off before the last track. The two voices will be enough to zone most people out.

What is he most thinking about when trying to get to sleep? He might find it useful using Anxiety Free during the day. There might be another Paraliminal to solve the problem that is on his mind as he's trying to drop off to sleep.

New Behaviour Generator session B is a good one for closing the day.

I'm going to have him use the Deep Relaxation first, and see how that goes. He says he's not particularly thinking about anything, just endless lists of what he needs to do the next day, what groceries to pick up, silly stuff he says. He just can't get it to shut off. Thanks, Alex!

Write it down it it's stuff like that. Take a few minutes at the end of the day and make a list. Have notepad and pen near the bed to write anything else like errands and things to do that come to mind at the close of the day.

The calcium content of milk is the factor aiding sleep.
