cwt108 Junior Member Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 2	I already finished "Happy for No Reason" book and loved it. I wonder if anyone also owned the Audio Course offered by Learning Strategies. I wonder if the Audio course just repeated the information from the course. Or there are benefits to get both the book and the audio course.

uniquesoul Member Joined: May 2005 Posts: 539 Australia	I do not have the audio course. However listening to the same concepts a number of times helps a lot in remembering and applying them.
