Does anyone know of research or someone already working in the medical field utilizing these happy strategies, either with people recovering from athletic injuries or other surgeries?

I currently work with seniors in home health PT and attempt to instruct those that are open and aware enough to 'get it' that it's important to maintain a focus on wellness and appreciation to enhance their body's ability to heal.

Would really love to connect with anyone else that has a more 'formal' or organized program in place, rather than my random thoughts and exercises.

Maybe someone would love to help me create one????
