Dear Paul (Sheele),
In the introduction to the ES Fast Finish track (course one), Paul Sheele states there is lots of research that confirms that this technology works. I would like you to provide some links so that my 'psychologist's brain' can evaluate this evidence for myself. [http://www.learningstrategies.com/forum/images/icons/default/smile.gif I'm not doubting, I just want to understand exactly how this works and how to use it optimally].

Secondly, I want to use ES in a time-optimal manner. I thought I could listen to Fast Finish on my daily walk (takes about an hour). Is this a good idea? Should I build in lots of repetitions of this condensed track? What are Paul's recommendations for utilising Fast Finish in the most effective manner?

I am now ready to move onto course two of ES, but I would like to keep revising what I have heard in course one. Fast Finish seems (to me) to be an ideal revision tool. How should I use this to keep course one active in my mind?

Awaiting your response with joyful anticipationhttp://www.learningstrategies.com/forum/images/icons/default/thumbs_up.gif!

Yes you could listen to the Fast Finish daily on your walk. It is much more effective if you can sit back and close your eyes while listening.

That's what it is part of the course for.
