Hi,

I tried looking around but couldn't find info on my specific topic.

I have a case of gynecomastia and was wondering if Qigong could help me with it?The only other option I have is surgery:(It's very expensive and would require me to save up for a while..

I'll appreciate any input.

Thanks

Aloha kkkk,

Doing Spring Forest Qigong, eating well, and getting good exercise and sleep can help you system clear blockages, balance energy, and in turn, hormones that can cause something like this.

You can do the exercises and healing meditations in the Level One course, detect an work on yourself with the Level Two home study course, and even do the breast massage found in the Level Two course to help balance the energy there.

Much Love, Shawn

kkkk, are you overweight? If so, losing weight might help. You can also target the area with certain weight lifting exercises, which might be useful in addition to the Qi Gong.

Surgery seems like a drastic step, and will leave you scarred, in much the same way it does with breast reduction in females.
