I wanted to know if anyone here has weaned off of medications while practicing Spring Forest Qigong.

Usually there is an average time that is suggested for withdrawing from medications, (particularly psychiatric medications such as SSRI antidepressants), although some people are able to stop faster than others. Some can even stop cold turkey (although this is not recommended).

So I was wondering if people have been able to wean off of their medication unusually fast thanks to SPFQ practice?

Master Lin has stated that as your body becomes more balanced it will naturally tell you which medications you should stop as your body starts reacting differently to them.

Of course I understand nothing should be done without proper medical supervision, but that's a given.

Anyway, I just wanted to know if people who have had experience with this could share their stories. smile
