I have been practicing Yoga for 20 years, Not sure how much to do now with the Qigong exercises and meditation? Any suggestions?

Practice them "separately"--just do your Yoga like normal, and then a half hour or hour so later, practice QiGong. Just practice the SFQ ones like you are "learning it for the first time" laugh

I find that the postures are easier when I do return to the Yoga practice. Thanks.
