OP fly birth Junior Member Joined: Dec 2012 Posts: 12	hi, me again sometimes i start by being in the present moment use intention to open all energy centers after that use intention to expend all energy bodies and being one with the light. Is it okay?

Realizing the truth of our existence is the ultimate outcome of these meditations.
