Hi again, has anyone used the dream play paraliminal and if so have you had any remarkable lucid dreams? I have heard that you can do almost anything your heart desires in a lucid dream and you can even become some one different. I do own all the paraliminals but my first goal is learning to lucid dream.

One can if one is devoted to the lucid dream process. I've not come across anyone who's had more than 200 lucid dreams in a year. That is probably because of the effort required for lucid dreaming and the other work that needs to be done in the dream state.
