I have two specific questions: In other study technique books, they are emphasizing that how important it´s with repetitions. But
in the PR-book, it´s no paragraphs about repititions. Does it means that we don´t need repeat or instead we are using activations?

Why do the brain need incubation time at 24h? According to study technique books we´re forgetting 90% of contents after
24 h that we have read (or study) a book
or other materials.

During activation you may go through materials several times, but it is not repetition in the traditional sense. Learning comes best in layers, and by going through a book multiple times you are building layers of understanding.

Conscious repetition can be helpful in memorization. Learn it through PhotoReading first and the memorization should be easier.

About the 24-hour incubation: this allows you to learn the material at a non-conscious level. When someone says you "forget 90%" they mean of information you learned consciously.

Studies have shown that information that goes in unconsciously and then learned in the conscious mind is retained significantly longer than information that goes into the conscious mind first and then into the unconscious (or whatever you want to call it).
