Hi,

I have been practicing soft gazing exercises and gazing the spiral diagram for 5 days. I noticed that gazing at the spiral diagram for 2-3 minutes, I see the spiral digram turning into a bright light ball with green and blue colour around the light ball.

Am I on the right track or this is just a after imaging that I am seeing?

I also noticed that if I gaze at a diagram for more than 2 minutes, my eye sight focuses on the digram automatically and everything but the diagram turns blurry.

Is this correct?

It would be great if some one can share their experience and help me out.

Thanks,
Jeff

Take it you're on the right track. You're training your eyes to see this.

If you're focused on the diagram then it wouldn't be blurry. It's seeing with the peripheral that makes it appear blurry.
