If you plan to use Direct Learning, don't activate. Only Prepare Preview, PhotoRead and then close by seeing yourself in the future using the skills you desire.

I have books on sleeping, being well rested and full of energy. If I direct learn them can I get a good nights sleep? Can I direct learn law of attraction books? If I direct learn fitness books will I gain muscles and athleticness?

You know you'd have an answer if you tried it?

You don't gain muscles by sitting and reading, so don't think just because you can photoread more books in the same time you're parked that will change.
