Image streaming requires you to describe the images out load. Now I happen to be severely speech impaired. I do speak, but unintelligibly to all but those closest to me. Of course, in image streaming I need not bother about other people understanding what I am saying, but speed seems to be important, and my speech is very slow, and also physically demanding. I cannot in any way keep up with the image stream. I wonder, should I simply babble along as fast as possible, and jump ahead even if I have not completed what I intended to say? Or could I just imagine that I have perfect speech, and describe the image stream with this imagined speech? Any suggestions are welcome.

Do it for yourself. Whatever you do describe in enough details into a recorder. You can tap what you didn't have time to express during the debrief.
