While I use headphones when listening to Paraliminals during the day, when I listen to something at night while I am in bed, I do not like using headphones as they detract from my comfort and make it harder to get a good night's sleep. So will I still get benefits from listening to the Sleep Learning Track through speakers?

Also, is it a good idea to have listened to the full Paraliminal at least once, before using the Sleep Learning Track for that Paraliminal?

Best if you've listened to the Paraliminal normally at least once.

Place speakers either side of the best. Not the best option better than a single speaker though.

You can get sleepphones. I didn't like the trade brand but I bought an alternative brand called Halo. They're like a headband & are more comfortable.
