Thank you for sending the email today about beating the sugar cravings with Beat the Habit. I am going to do what the email suggests. I have index cards with messages to post around. I have given up donuts and ice cream so far - i plan to emphasize my success with these as I go after more. The only thing is - i want to enjoy an occasional piece of 'good' candy. not an all or nothing proposition.

Good idea. An occasional treat, is not a habit. It's something to be enjoyed.
