I am starting the Paraliminal Accelerator. While I am following the program, can I listen to other paraliminals, or do I have to stick to the on a day plan? Thanks for your help.
You'll use the Paraliminal recommended for the Accelerator. You can use other Paraliminals for other goals or projects as well. Remember to leave at least 20 minutes between listening sessions so they have time to integrate.
