Hey guys,

I am going to speak generally rather than personally, so if anyone else reads this post, the advice would be available to them also.

If someone was neurotic (withdrawn due to anxiety and emotionally volatile) as a result of past emotional traumas and repressed emotions, what sort of paraliminal listening regimen would be a good solution? What sort of goals would that person set. If they cannot remember the exact circumstances around their trauma, how can they fix this?

I was thinking New History Generator Session A (targeting withdrawal anxiety and emotional volatility in respective sessions),
anxiety free
, new option generator
, new behavior generator (this would take work in breaking down individual negative behaviours and working through them)
, you deserve it (for guilt), perhaps youthfulness (to try and get back to factory settings).

Would you guys add anything to this?

Cheers smile

Remember you're not broken, so you don't need fixing. You may have some personal challenges and experiences that have you behaving or reacting in a way that doesn't come from inner strength.

New History Generator, Always useful for those behaviours, reactions that stem from certain experiences, You don't need to be able to identify them. They started somewhere.

Self-Esteem Supercharger, you can use that one daily. If you don't know where to begin with Paraliminals that one is a good starting point.

Letting Go. - good one to use along with othe Paraliminals when you want to change behaviours or reactions.
Try the Gratitude Paraliminal, for guilt and "factory settings"

Consider adding Power Thinking. Self talk hinders us a lot.
