Hi.

I have tried to use Anxiety Free paraliminal for social anxiety and found that the results were helpful but did not get very strong results.

However tried to listen to Talking to Win Session A a couple of times and the results are really great until now. The anxiety is almost gone. Or feels that way when around many new people. However why is that? I can hear on the paraliminal that state during social events is relaxation, connected, at ease, etc..

Is Talking to Win very suitable generally for social anxiety?

What about the paraliminal Positive Relationships, will that work on social anxiety?

What do you suggest generally using to conquer social anxiety? Do you know other paraliminals or programs that work best?

Of course I combine it with putting myself physically in social events and around new people. I know the best way to conquer a fear is to meet it up front. Also supervised with doctor also.

I recommend Sales Leap to help build confidence. Also I suggest changing the name "social anxiety" to social confidence. You stay focused on the anxiety aspect you'll always find it. Look for confidence.

Positive Relationships is a good one to use if people say or do things that trigger discomfort, defensive behaviour,

I also recommend, Letting Go, Happy for no Reason and New Behavior Generator.
