Hi - i tried to download the file at www.learningstrategies.com/Star. I get a message indicating the page is unable to be accessed. Can I get the file another way?

I've contacted the web master. Check again in a while or email.

I tried to download the STAR. I could not and it says,

NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

Have passed it on to the webmaster.
