Hi,

Sometimes when I am nervous talking to people, my voice becomes shaky and I stutter and trip on some words and take long pauses to find the right words. Which Paraliminal would be best at improving this?
Sometimes when I am in the “zone” I can also deliver excellent speeches and have great conversations. I’d like to be that way all the time!

Hi Chiara7!

I assume you are already using "Anxiety-Free" and "Talking to Win?" A couple of others that would be worth considering are "Peak Performance," which assists in being in "the zone" you mention, and "Self-Esteem Supercharger" because when you feel good about your capacities, you also tend to be more comfortable in any situation.

Have you been able to hone in on what the distinction is between those times when you speak eloquently without being nervous and those when you do become nervous. If you can ascertain that, you could finesse your listening sessions even more.

All the best to you!
