I learned a few of the brain gym exercises during the photoreading seminar but don't remember them very well. I'm wondering if there is a handy resource online? Ideally I'd like to have something I can buy or print out so that I can have it right there with me when I'm doing my photoreading. Perhaps buying a relevant poster or book showing the various exercises? Any other tips?

Just came across a Youtube video of Millicent St. Claire demonstrating some Brain Gym exercises. I'll post here in case it may be useful to others: www.youtube.com/watch?v=h4Nyk5s2xj0

Our instructors have always used this book: Brain Gym: Simple Activities for Whole Brain Learning Paperback – June 1, 1992
