I believe we spoke earlier this week, but from a general perspective, I would consider using Automatic Pilot, Belief, and possibly Self Love and/or Fearlessness. If the sabotage is something that happens consistently you might also consider the Generator paraliminals (New Action, New Behavior, New History and/or New Option), which are great for moving through and beyond stuck states.
To a large extent what is going to work is going to be dependent on why you tend to sabotage yourself. If you get any insights into that, go with what would offset or move you through those blocks.
