Hi, I have Schizophrenia/ Schizo affective disorder/ bipolar disorder and anxiety disorders and often suffer from suicidal ideation. I have a psychiatrist and a Community Psychiatric Nurse and receive antipsychotic injection every fortnight. I've explored many personal development teachings, but still feel mentally unwell some of the time. How can I use Future Mapping to cure me of my mental illnesses?

Future Mapping can be used as a great adjunct to ongoing medical care.

As I described in my response to your last posting, get clear on who you would be if you were living your ideal life with a complete balance of body, mind and spirit. Tune into that outcome and take that to your Future Mapping sessions.
