I find it hard to focus so went back to listen to the previous audios in audios set 1 and 2. I wanted to know if listening to previous audios affects anything and listening to the fast finish audios affect anything in the previous audios set 1 and 2?

Hello again, going through the audios twice is a good idea. Paul recommends just listening to all 8 audios first, then go through all of the audios a 2nd time, stopping to do the exercises.

What happens if I can't do the exercises very well that's what I am worried about because that's why I go back to relisten to the audios and redo the exercises properly?

If you don't get good results from an exercise, don't repeat the exercise. Keep moving forward. Complete the entire course.

If I have finished all the 8 tracks so all the course and I didn't do it well. Should I go back through track 1 again and listen to everything and do all the exercises from the start again?

Yes, but skip the parts you know/understand. When you understand how to do all of the techniques (I'm not saying being good at them yet), use all 5 steps of the whole mind system on book after book. It may take a dozen books until you are comfortable with the process.

Is that what you meant by book after book and a dozen books?
