I'm feeling drained now, calm but drained. Like I would like to sleep for 100 yrs... No motivation to work...

Hi Oxygen
In the QiGong style I practice, the space just below the nose and above the lip is an important point. Once in a while we massage the point with the middle fingertip. (Some even say that massaging that point can be lifesaving in an emergency!)

I wonder if the energy is flowing towards your DanTein, the point below your navel. THere are probably people in this forum who are more knowledgable than I am, also maybe Spring Forest might have a different angle on this.

Anyways, I believe that everything is energetic, and I trust that this experience is part of your healing. If you practice QiGong or Reiki etc, maybe now would be a good time to practice.

Hi V-man,

I've had SFQ in my mind during this event. And I've noticed that my visualization of the small universe has changed significantly. I can now see a 20-30 cm ball of yellowish light. (Previously I saw something almost black and only with great effort any light.) It's still difficult to make the light go through my face, throat and chest. Lower dantien is easier, and back.

Sorry; it seems I wrote a message more suitable for the SFQ forum. But anyway, it only shows how these things are linked. I'm using both NLP and SFQ to heal myself. Somebody once asked at the SFQ Forum how can you do that. Well, I'm doing it, but can I tell how it's done? Nope. Everybody has their own way.

Have you had any experiences where you were hit in the nose by anything including a door and at the time you were trying to bounce back. So you were trying to be resilient but then you got the strong disapproval from the door. The pain in the nose would then be anchored to being resilient. Use the NLP pleasure pattern if you can and create a strong feeling of pleasure in being resilient. You may have buried some of your resiliency with the pain.

If you need a laugh, whenever I listen to the first paraliminal of Resiliency, I seem to attract a "slap in the face". It seems that I automatically get knocked when I "want to be resilient". Besides that's the only way my mind can show me the proof of that I am "wanting to be resilient". It's like my mind is telling me I can't be resilient without knocks, as there is no such resiliency. Holosync is similar for me: there's no bliss without the overcoming, but many times I expect the bliss without the overcoming.

Oxygen, you do already show resiliency, you show bliss in the midst of your overcoming.

Hi Grant,

I hadn't thought that. It's a new idea to me, so I have to let my OTC mind consider it. Thanks.

What if it wasn't actually me, but somebody else that got slapped? I don't yet know where this thought leads, but it seems a strong possibility...

I only wish this whole stuff was over soon, I'm suffering! I hope all things will turn out well.

Edit. Maybe I shouldn't have written that. Things can be over in so many ways and all of them are not pleasant.

I'm starting Natural Brilliance tonight and then when I finish that I am thinking of starting Resiliency.

Just want to bump this up to get any insights from any of you who've already done "Resiliency".

I think it's wiser to follow your own experience through the course. Chase the tips and advise afterwards.

If you're busy analysing and comparing as you are doing the course you're not really experiencing the course.

Dear Alex/moderator

I had a question about Resiliency & was wondering where is the relevant forum to post it on please?

PS. I'm not e rolled on it but did purchase it once but wasn't able to do it. I wanted some advice regarding the 80% chance of getting sick/accident.

Thank you
