Have you ever had a boss who gave you a job to do, and a pile or papers perhaps. Telling you on and on and on what s/he wants you to do but won't let go of those darned papers so you can just get on with it?
And then when you finally get the job out of their hands you find that they are interrupting you every few minutes to see that you're doing it right?
That's called holding on not letting go to allow the job to get done. Often it interfers with getting the job done.
Noticing that you are getting opportunities.
Noticing that you are falling into negative thinking.
Noticing that there are dangers in over analyzing what's happening. If you analyze to much you fall into the negative thinking it's not working trap.
When you notice that you have to do a lot of the Inquiry Process.
