Lonnie, you said you got tired of doing it. Just being tired of doing something isnt a good reason to stop, you are only looking at the negative aspects of it. Look at the possible outcomes on your health, I have given up pop (soda, cola, whatever) and only drink water, milk and juice. That alone has raised my energy, concentration, physical endurance (Low brass in one of the US's top marching bands, 7 hours of practice everyday for a week), and everything about me. I feel great.
