I photoread a book called "What To Listen For In Music" by Aaron Copland. My mom gave it to my about 9 years ago and I always wanted to read it! Now I have.
Anyway, after photoreading it, I was watching MTV with a friend. A snippet of an interview came on (I think it was Santana) and he said "Music is harmony." Out of no where, I blurted out, "Not really...music is harmony, melody, rhythm and tone!" This was right from the book!! I didn't even have to think about it...it just came out.
Spontaneous activation is bizarre! It catches you off guard when you least expect it!
